STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General These terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases made through brewing-minds.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets & Payments All ticket prices are shown in euros (€). Payment is due immediately at the time of purchase. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy Refunds are available upon request up to 24 hours before the start time of the event. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event cannot be refunded. To request a refund, please contact us at team@brewing-minds.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations Brewing Minds reserves the right to change event details (including date, time, venue, or speaker) or to cancel an event. In the event of cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. Brewing Minds is not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).

5. Tax Notice In accordance with §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), Brewing Minds does not charge VAT. No VAT will be shown on invoices or receipts.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
