Before everyone disappears into holidays and year-end chaos, we’re bringing together the most exciting IRL events, experiences, and communities in Berlin—and you’re invited.

What is this evening about?

Berlin’s IRL scene is booming: salons, talks, games, storytelling nights, learning clubs, niche meetups, community labs, charity projects…

But usually, each of these worlds exists in its own bubble.

This X-Mas Party is our way of saying: Let’s bring the bubbles together.

We’re uniting some of Berlin’s most exciting IRL organizers, community builders, and charities—and inviting all of their communities to mix, mingle, and cross-pollinate.

Evening Flow

⏰ Schedule (approx.):

• 18:30 – Doors open, warm welcome & soft landing
  Arrive, grab your name tag, find your people, get a drink, settle in.
• 19:30 – Spotlight Round 1
  3 IRL projects + 1 charity
  Each gets 3/5 minutes to present: who they are, what they do, and why you should check them out. (~15 min)
• 19:45 – Pizza break 🍕
  Pizza, mingling, “Omg I didn’t know your project existed!”
• 20:30 – Spotlight Round 2 (final)
  3 more projects + 1 charity, 3/5 min each (~15 min)
• 20:45 – 23:00 – DJ set, music & free-flow networking
  Hang out, dance a bit if you like, deepen connections, plan collabs, collect ideas and Instagrams.
• 23:00 – Official end (unofficial end… who knows 😉)
